For lenders and investors

Companies operating in Poland with a specific purpose, a real source of repayment and security: a mortgage on real estate or land in Poland that can be valued, owned by the company, its owner or a third party, supplemented by a promissory note, a personal guarantee or a pledge on shares. Typical purposes are growth and investment, working capital, refinancing, land and property purchases, development projects and acquisitions. Amounts start at PLN 50,000.

Before a project reaches you, we check the purpose, the source of repayment and the property, and collect the documents. The decision to finance and its terms are made only by the lender, after its own analysis.

How we work with lenders

• we only arrange agreements without a transfer of ownership of the property or a sale with a buy-back right;
• interest must stay within the maximum contractual interest under Polish law (Article 359 § 2¹ of the Civil Code);
• the client receives the draft agreement in advance;
• client data is shared only with the client's consent and only with lenders whose criteria the project meets.

• whether you act as a company, a fund or another institution;
• which projects, property types and regions interest you.
